Into our studio

More than 6 years ago we started as Pragmatica design studio in CIS market. During this time, we have managed to develop from a local web studio to one of the leading studios in the market. Now we design interfaces, support marketing communications and create brand design for digital products. Our portfolio includes clients such as Skyeng, Tinkoff, Yandex.

As a UX UI Designer on our team, you’ll be working on creating design concepts for the Mindset's portfolio. For example, one of our latest projects is a redesign of a popular video calling application. Now we are discovering the future of operation systems and looking for a person who will lead this design research together with us.

What's design experiment?

It's a way to reimagine a product, or even an entire industry, through the language of digital design. During the experiment, you are not limited by technological feasibility, profitability, and even the user needs. You, in the role of a creator, combine non-trivial solutions, bring new meanings to a familiar product and thereby solve unsolvable problems, form an innovative experience.

We expect you to:

• Have experience working with digital product or in studio, you’re familiar with best design process practices
• Have fresh and modern works in your portfolio. Perfectly, you have a personal project as a case study, or you constantly express your non-trivial ideas in small shots
• Have a great vision and understand modern trends on Are.na, Behance, Dribbble
• Sincerely interested in new technologies brainstorming about how and where to apply certain technology in your head (your knowledge of new technologies goes beyond the hype of ChatGPT)
• Take responsibility for the user experience, prototyping a solution and even if necessary go to the testing
• Lead the design concepting independently and create best-in-class UI design
• Think in scenarios and a general vision of the product, not individual screens
• Work in a team with designers, managers, with external teams. You are responsible for deadlines for your project.
